He spent 10+ years as a design and quality engineer across Tier 1 automotive and industrial manufacturing, sitting through 200+ FMEA review meetings where engineers showed up unprepared and spreadsheets were riddled with avoidable errors. Specwarden is what he wishes had existed back then.

Why I built this

Over 200+ FMEA reviews across Tier 1 automotive and industrial manufacturing, a pattern became impossible to ignore. Those meetings were rarely productive. Files arrived underprepared. Severity ratings contradicted each other across rows. Detection controls were missing or vague. Reaction plans were copy-pasted from older projects. Engineers burned two-hour blocks arguing over things any fresh reader could have flagged in five minutes.

Specwarden is what I wish had existed back then — an AI reviewer that pre-flights your FMEA against AIAG-VDA and AIAG-RPN before the meeting, so the meeting can actually be about decisions and engineering judgment, not typos and missed cells.
